In 1978, fresh out of horticulture graduate school, Mervin Weeks purchased two acres of land to grow raspberries as a side job. Over 27 years later, Weeks Berries of Paradise has grown into a year round operation that does a lot more than grow raspberries.

Located in Paradise, Utah – a small Cache Valley town nestled in the foothills of the Northern Utah Rocky Mountains – our farm specializes in growing fresh Raspberries, Currants, Blueberries, Blackberries, and Strawberries.

In Cache Valley we enjoy a unique growing environment. A combination of high elevation (over 5000 ft.), soil conditions, warm days, and cool nights makes our berries the most flavorful you will ever taste.

In 1985 we began making the first item in our line of fresh berry products: freezer jam, a Utah favorite. Later, we added a line of gourmet bottled jams and syrups. And most recently, we began making, healthy, bold, and unique tasting juices from our currants and raspberries.

Since we grow and process our own fruit, we can guarantee our quality, freshness, and flavor. We have complete control of the entire process from the planting stage to the final product, something that our competitors can’t match.
