What is freezer jam? What makes it unique when compared to other generic or even gourmet jams and jellies? Freezer jam is unique because the fruit is never heated or cooked in any way. This helps that fruit to maintain its original flavor, unlike bottled jams which cook the berry flavor out of their jam.

At Weeks Berries we are proud of the tangy and delicious flavor of our mountain grown raspberries. With freezer jam we are able to keep this fresh tangy flavor. We like to say that we freeze the fresh taste into the jam, rather than cook it out.
